Central location of this great budget hotel was a bonus.

Some of the staff were very unfriendly.

Booked a room with air conditioning at this place with a great location, making it easy to walk to a museum and a castle nearby.

It was a beautiful and absolutely great hotel in a pretty nice area, close to main square which is always nice to get something to eat or buy supplies as well as jungle. Our room was functional and perfectly clean, available with big comfortable bed and balcony and water. Very kind and nice staff, gave a lot of tourist information. The location was good and marvellous, a 10-15 minute walk from Canal Piratas:)))

The room was impeccably clean and huge with a clean bathroom and views of garden. The location was marvellous, walking distance to all interests. Also, National Show Center was 4 km away from the hotel🙂

Central Location for Nightlife 🎉 the room we stayed in had a nice decoration and came with everything we needed, including a comfy bed. It was a great spot for hitting up the local parties.

The double room with private terrace was fabulous and tastefully decorated. the room had all the essentials I needed. the location of the hotel was marvelous, just a short walk from a lagoon and a lake. the hotel is situated in a nice area.

The staff at Azul 36 Hotel was incredibly helpful and made sure my room was well-equipped with a big comfortable bed and a balcony. The hotel's location was amazing, right by the fort museum, restaurants, and the lakefront, making me feel safe and allowing for easy access to the town center.

The hotel is conveniently located at the center of Bacalar, making it easy to explore all the attractions and restaurants in the area. The staff members are friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a private terrace. We appreciated the attention to detail, such as the air conditioning and ample storage space for our luggage. Additionally, the breakfast options were satisfying and gave us a great start to our day.

The only small area they could improve is the noise insulation.

Azul 36 Hotel in Bacalar boasts an incredible location within walking distance of the city center. The hotel features a really good restaurant and a lakeside setting. The property offers a clean pool and brand-new, spacious rooms with balconies, showcasing a nice design. Additionally, it is very close to everything, ensuring convenience for guests.

This hotel was a great location for a city trip with easy access to everything we needed. The reception staff were helpful and polite, always willing to answer any questions. We loved spending time at the small but clean pool and the surrounding gardens were well-maintained. the rooms were well-equipped and we appreciated having air conditioning during the hot days.

The noise from the surrounding dogs was unbearable at times, making it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay. the curtains in the room were too small for the glass doors, leaving us feeling exposed and uncomfortable.

This hotel is great value for money. The rooms are spacious, with enough space for your luggage, and have air conditioning. I loved the balcony in my room, perfect for enjoying the view. The location is fantastic, close to the lake and just a short walk to the city center.

No major issues, everything was fine.
